Hammer Brand Imperial Toothpick Copper Orange 1950s vintage switchblade knife

Vintage Hammer Brand toothpick style switchblade made in Providence, RI in the 1950s by the Imperial Knife Co and designated model #JM-90-PBC. This knife measures 4.25 inches closed and just over 7.5 inches open and has one brass one one steel liner! The blade is mostly full and shiny with some light scratches and a little light peppering. It's marked Hammer Brand USA on the front with a picture of an arm holding a hammer. The back is marked with 2 patent numbers. The knife works well. Blade tip seats below liners, opens fully and average lockup with a little movement each way at the tip. Rattles if shaken when open. Safety works. Nice old American fisherman's switchblade in VG condition.
